Why we love it: Yep, you’re right in thinking that this isn’t a travel hair dryer, but it’s such a fantastic option for afro, coily and textured hair types that we had to include it. As the name suggests, the Baby Buttercup Travel Blow Dryer is the travel version of Drybar’s popular Buttercup Blow-Dryer. It loses some of the weight, falling from 510g for the regular Buttercup to just 360g, as well as adding in a collapsible handle that makes it easier to store in your luggage. The higher the wattage, the more powerful the hair dryer. Look for 1,875 watts for maximum power, though gems can be found as low as 1,000 watts. (Disregard anything lower than that, however.)
